Returns & Exchanges

At Snow Peak, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor apparel and gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
